Conference Registration
Registration is required for all participants of BalkanCom 2026. Discounted early registration is available by May 20, 2026. After this deadline, registrations will be accepted at the regular registration rate.
All accepted papers (General Submission and Special Sessions) require FULL registration to be included in the program and proceedings. One FULL registration is needed by at least one co-author to register up to 2 papers and it should be performed before the deadline for camera-ready papers, May 20, 2026.
If you would like to register as an IEEE member, please add your IEEE membership information to your EDAS profile. Then, the discounted IEEE member rates will appear on your registration page.

What's included
Full Registration includes one copy of the conference program, access to e-proceedings, admittance to all tutorials and the entire Technical Program of BalkanCom 2026 with refreshment breaks, one ticket to the Conference Reception and one ticket to the Conference Banquet. Student Registration includes the same benefits except banquet privileges as noted above.
Terms and Refunds
All payments are processed through EDAS. Refund requests must be made in writing to the conference contact and received by the refund deadline. Requests received by the deadline will receive a refund less a processing fee. Extras (banquet, reception, proceedings) are non-refundable.
Payment Methods
- Credit Card is the suggested method.
- Paypal payments must include associated fees.
- For wire transfers, select the wire transfer option on EDAS and follow the instructions; contact organizers for help.
