Special Sessions and Tutorials
Call for Proposals
In addition to exciting technical symposia and high-profile keynote speakers, BalkanCom 2023 will include special sessions and tutorials. Special sessions will provide an opportunity to focus on a selected emerging topic in the domain of wireless communications, networking and signal processing, and may include a mix of regular papers and short invited talks.
