Student Session
Call for Papers

BalkanCom 2024 is pleased to host a dedicated student session, a vibrant forum where potential future researchers can showcase their cutting-edge research, network with renowned academics and industry experts, and immerse themselves in the latest innovations in the field - all in a friendly and professional setting.

In order to submit a paper to the students' session, the first author and the presenter of the paper must be a student. BalkanCom reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference.

BalkanCom is an inclusive, growing and interdisciplinary community, and it will support the students whose papers are selected to be presented at the conference. Topics include but not limited to the following topics:

Submission Guidelines

Papers should describe original work and should be no longer than 5 pages in a double-column format including tables, figures and references. if accepted. Please use the IEEE template as described here. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore.

Submissions are now accepted through EDAS.


Important Dates

Paper submission deadline: March 31, 2024; April 5, 2024; April 12, 2024

Notification of acceptance: April 26, 2024

Camera-ready papers due: May 3, 2024
