Scope of the Papers

For the first time, BalkanCom 2019 opens also to students and organizes the first Student Session in order to gather the enthusiasm and the talent of potential future researchers as well as offer them the possibility to meet and interact with International well-known industrial and academic researchers in the context of a friendly and professional venue. BalkanCom 2019 will support the students whose papers are selected to be presented at the conference.

Submission Guidelines

Papers should describe original work and should be no more than 5 pages in a double-column format including tables, figures and references. They can be submitted at the following link:

Accepted papers up to 5 pages will be published in the proceedings of Balkancom 2019. In order to submit a paper to the students' session, the first author and the presenter of the paper must be students. BalkanCom reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the previous requirements are not fulfilled.

Important Dates

   Paper submission deadline:   April 28, 2019
   Notification of acceptance:     May 15, 2019
   Camera-ready papers due:    May 22, 2019
